Hi, I have recently (last 2 days) been receiving the following error message in my alert log. The alert log pops up over my charts when trading. The error message is as follows: "Alert message error: The support@sierrachart.com was opted out from receiving Alert notification messages, contact Sierra Chart support." I would like to know what is causing this error and how I can fix it to eliminate the alert message log from popping up. Thanks. |
