There is no need to start a support ticket. The restriction is using a Sierra Chart account through AMP. It is not related to the Sierra Chart order routing service.

Sierra Chart accounts provided by AMP have never been able to connect to services that are not provided from AMP. For example, you cannot use Rithmic with Top Step Trader. That has never been allowed.
