Upon further examination of the log and some testing, the handling of the Sierra Chart data feed connections is working as expected. How long did you notice an outage for? You should not had any outage for any symbol that was coming from the Sierra Chart Real-time Futures Data Feed. After the connectivity was restored to Trader Workstation it is completely normal for the charts to download data but they would only be downloading like one second of data. We just did a test now where we were connected to Trader workstation and looking at the ES futures using the Sierra Chart Real-time Futures data feed and then we exited from Trader Workstation and the chart continued to update as expected.
