I have had this issue for a while. I was trying to find an answer on your support board. I see that you allow standard membership to be used on 2 machines at the same time. My issue is that I have a home office and a laptop. I often forget to log out of the home office and when I attempt to log into the laptop it gives the yellow "waiting to connect" this is because I am logged in still on my home office. If each account is allowed to log in simultaneously on 2 machines why does this error exist? How may I log into another platform when I am already logged into another machine? Thanks for your attention. |
