The problem can be related to the increased market activity but we do not know exactly what you are doing with Sierra Chart. Higher market activity in general is not a problem with how Sierra Chart is designed but maybe you are using custom studies which is causing a problem. Maybe there can be other problems.

We will put together a new subsection on help topic 30 to explain the most basic common things to do which should help.
