I've received a few error messages and sent in the reports that my platform is running slow. And indeed it is. I noticed it last week. It's taking much longer than usual to load charts and cursor/cross hairs is sticky as I move it across charts. Nothing has changed since it was running just fine. No additional charts. No additional programs running simultaneously, etc.. Can we get it running back up to normal speed?
