If the Limit order indicated Child-Server as the status, it means it was not active but that does not make sense if the parent order had filled. We have never known there to be a problem like this.

We need to know the date and time and time zone of when the parent order was submitted. We need precise details and we also need to know the internal order ID of the parent order. All of this can be determined from the Trade Activity Log:

And we also need to know what Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Primary Server is set to.
