I have the same problem. Wine itself seems to work fine (e.g. winecfg runs OK), but SierraChart_64.exe (build 2060) crashes with the similar backtrace. Unlike OP I use Wine 5.0. I also tried fresh prefix with clean SierraChart installation (had to use zip as standard downloader doesn't run).
