User called. They lost connection to CQG for 15 minutes.

We recommending the Sierra Chart order routing service because there are multiple servers available that can be used. If there is a problem connecting to one Sierra Chart automatically connects to two available backups.

Also the log above does reveal the connection problem you had to CQG. This is one of the examples:

CQG WebSocket socket (2) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2020-03-03 11:24:24.871
So the CQG websocket server just was not responsive after Sierra Chart send the handshake and then the CQG server closed the connection.
