yes, I know your feelings about Rithmic, but I thought you might have an idea of what I can do. I downloaded the newest version of SC and that's when the trouble began. Even after reading the documentation, I can't figure out how to go back to an earlier version. I follow the instructions and am not given the opportunity described in loading a previous version.

I am trading a Top Step combine, which is SIM as far as Rithmic is concerned.

I have reached out to Top Step and they are clueless. They have asked me to send them a screen shot of the error message and I am about to do that. I must be the only one having the problem or I would think they would be more engaged.
