I went ahead and added Sierra Charts 64_.exe to my windows defender exclusions and restarted, thinking maybe its a firewall issue.. but it appears it isn't as it took 15 minutes again... I DO have a one second and 5 second chart that are relatively new... maybe changing all my charts to loading say 2 days of data instead of 5 would be helpful?? I have saved the message log from the reconnect time this time.. would you like to review it? I saved it as a notepad file.. I could email it to you. Ok.. I've shut down and restarted in safe mode with my "second" charts and all charts loading 2 days of data.. We'll see if that helps.. 13:21 - charts running at 13:28.. so that's quite an improvement.
