Realized after making a support ticket I should have perhaps posted this here. Earlier today I purchased a one month subscription. I get the following error message on startup and on any attempt to connect to data feed: "Connect to Data Feed|Current service package does not support this function. Select help......" I have turned off Windows firewall and installed the latest pre-release based on a comment on the board. |
