The NYSE does not provide a $TICK index. It is calculated by Interactive Brokers. We are not going to provide any help with Interactive Brokers data unless there is a problem with the Sierra Chart processing of it, which is not the case here. We provide our own quality data and we are going to be enhancing our market statistics in February because we are going to be calculating these ourselves rather than getting them from a data provider. If you want good quality data use our data feeds. We are not interested in Interactive Brokers data problems and do not want to hear about them.You need to understand, our time must be focused on enhancing and maintaining Sierra Chart and providing good services to users. Dealing with data problems from external services that we have no control over, is nothing but a literal waste of our time. We are tired of it.
