First, log into Sierra Chart with your current account with Help >> Support Board. Do not use another account.

We are not sure why this is the case.

Update to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

After the update select Global Settings >> Convert Trade Activity Format.

After that restart Sierra Chart.

There still is one case where the error: Error opening: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\TradeActivityLogs\TradeActivityLog_* can occur, and we will have that resolved in the next release.
