Perhaps I didn't explain clearly enough. I've been using the SierraChart symbol TICK-NYSE-I-NYSE for years for real-time tick data from the IB data feed. It is the symbol that SierraChart uses to receive the tick data from IB - which has the symbol TICK-NYSE on TWS. It stopped receiving realtime data yesterday. I updated the software and have tried all the setting solutions I know to get it to work again. Since I pay for the data from IB I don't want to pay again for the data from SierraChart. Not at present anyway. I've had a few problems over the past month or two with the tick data from IB, but this time it is being received on TWS, but not on SierraChart. It may still be at IB's end, however their tech guys don't seem to think so.
