Is this functioning? I have the same issue "Last price color on quote board remains unchanged after changing "Quote Board Price Change Up" and "Down" colors. I have changed the colors for "Quote Board Price Change Up" and "Down" both through Global Settings -> Graphics Settings - Global and through the quote board settings menu but the last price remains unchanged."
