Sierra Chart,

When I start the program each morning, it begins loading the charts and then it freezes.
At the top of the screen there is a message: "(Not Responding)".
The program will stay frozen for 5 or 6 minutes, and then continue to load the charts.
I've searched your support area but have been unable to find a fix for this issue.
I'm hoping that one of your engineers will log on to my computer to help me solve this issue.
