Thanks for the child window tip.

I think the alert email issue is some kind of bug. I say this because in the alert manager log, when the alert is triggered it gives: Alert: (11) while I specified the #10 in the alert settings (I have enabled email in alert 10). I then changed the alert to alert #11, and when it triggered it gave the number 12 in the log. So, it seems to be triggering <specified alert+1>, which is very weird.
