Your SC chart shows 1hr bars beginning at the bottom of the hour (##:30), whereas the others show 1hr bars beginning top of the hour (##:00). Did you try enabling 'New Bar at Session Start'? Chart Settings: New Bar at Session Start (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Intraday Chart Session Times menu)
