In the list of categories locate the Futures Spreads - CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX (SC Exchange Data) category for CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX spreads/strategies or the Futures Spreads - ICE (SC Exchange Data) category for ICE spreads/strategies, and press the + to expand that list. This does not appear. I am not able to view / select the exchange supported spreads.
