You cannot have Sierra Real Time Futures data on either of your accounts. Discounted accounts or accounts through a brokerage cannot have Sierra Real Time futures data. Only fully paying direct accounts can have Sierra Real Time futures data. That means you need to convert your discounted account to a full paying account. It also means your velocity provided Sierra does not qualify for Sierra Real Time futures data.
