I was connected for about 45 ,minutes when the message log appeared on screen and Sierra Chart was trying to connect.
Portion of message log below:

Also, I connectacted CQG and they told me to contact you because they see nothing wrong on their end. BTW, they did not ask who I was or any questions other than, "how can I help you". I felt passed off.
