The time that you set in the study is whatever the time zone is of the chart that you are applying the study to. So if the study is on a chart that is set Eastern Standard Time then you would need to set the times in the study to 3:00am and 11:30am for the London Session. But if your chart is in London Time, then you would set 8:00am and 4:30pm. We do not have the trading hours for the exchanges, you would need to just look them up online.
