How do I make contact with Sierra Chart Tech specialists for paid hands on support since I have prepaid funds in my account? I am very confused on this as I made the request under Ticket # 1577128927947 and the response to me sends a link to this page to begin asking all over again. I guess there is a way things are suppose to work and I am trying to figure it out.
