I followed your instructions and I opened a ticket.
In this Ticket, I have communicated my ID and Pass.
here is the text: "Hello Staff,
Sierra Chart Engineering has instructed me to open a ticket because I need to receive Remote Assistance.
They asked me to give you my ID and password to log in.

I would like to receive remote assistance on Monday 23, during the American morning or early afternoon (time compatible with the time zone of Rome, Italy).
I hope I have followed the instructions correctly.
