Hello, This morning a strange problem developed that I need your help. I have several charts of CL-202002-NYMEX. Source is ib.This morning these charts stopped updating in sierra. The data is coming in fine in tws. Charts for other symbols work fine in sierra. I tried CL-202003-NYMEX, it works fine in sierra. I started with a new blank chart but can not get CL-202002-NYMEX data to show up in sierra. |
