I'm several days into the trial period and I still haven't been able to pull up a usable TPO chart. I'm getting a lot of solid color blocks without any letters. I've attached an image of the chart and two settings pages. I would love to subscribe to your service, however I only need it for the TPO chart. Thank you Peter
