Ok, we found your installation log. The problem is that you are trying to install to C:\SierraChart, which is the default location, but you do not have permissions to write to that directory. You can do one of the following: - Give your username permissions for that directory. - Install as Administrator (although you may then have to continue to run the software as Administrator, depending on how your PC is setup). - Install to a different location that you do have permissions for.
