If you are having trouble installing Sierra Chart, then we would need to see the Installation Log. The best way to get us the log is to perform the installation, then when you have a problem, go to the directory in which you were trying to install Sierra Chart to (typically C:\SierraChart), then go to the Logs directory (typically C:\SierraChart\Logs) and attach the file that starts with "Installer Log" and has the date and time of the install that you just attempted.
