The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is definitely set up correctly on the account and you have the right exchanges. There is no problem with that.

After we have examined this Message Log the data is definitely coming from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. These lines make it clear:
HD Request # 4 | Using server: exchangehistdata2.sierracharts.com port 10150 | 2019-12-04 17:55:16.917

HD Request # 4 | Received 34374708 records from 2019-08-27 19:00:05.000 to 2019-12-04 17:56:04.009 (99.0 days) and wrote 34374708 records for ES-201912-GLOBEX | 2019-12-04 17:56:11.205

We need to understand more precisely the issue that you are seeing.

We do recommend re-downloading the data for each symbol to make sure all of the data in the chart is from the SC Exchange data feed:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
