This is not a bug, it is specifically programmed to work this way for the extension lines of the most recent period Volume by Price profile. If you put on multiple profiles, you will see that changing the location of the Value Label will change where it is located for all the profiles except for the most recent profile's value label which is always put in the Price Scale. We are also aware that this functions differently from the way the TPO extension lines works. We will update the documentation to make sure this is specified as the behavior.
