Good Morning SC I'm posting to get your guidance on how to change my account type back to purchasing my Sierra Charts directly from you. Currently, my account is set up to receive same from AMP but this doesn't let me access other servers. I changed to AMP providing access not realizing this would be the case. I've started a support ticket 1575222997924 on this, but will be fine with your help here. I'm using Rithmic data. cheers,
