Yes this is correct and at the current time, there are no exchange fees. You can continue to avoid exchange fees, as long as you subscribe to the data feed now and continue to be a subscriber without interruption before March 1, 2014. After that the exchange fee will be 3 USD a month. Continuous contracts are supported and we are enhancing that capability.
