Certainly removing a study will cause 'sc.LastCallToFunction' to be true. That is verified. Studies that have been added, or previously added, and when you press OK or Apply in the Studies window, that does not cause sc.LastCallToFunction to be true. This is verified. Nothing has changed with this.

Maybe if you are doing something like linking Studies between charts, there could be behavior like you are saying but only for other linked charts but we would have to verify this. Whether this is the case or not, it has not changed.
