Hi, I have been using your data feed without any issue for the last 6 months with 3 systems however today my third connection's CME market data feed was deactivated. It also happened last Friday but I reactivated it without any problem. Today, I tried to reactivate it again in the Account management section here and every time I get the message "Failed to activate the Market Data Feed." It never happened in the last 6 months now twice in two weeks. Something must be off. My Services Balance can easily cover the cost so that's not the issue. In the software, my data/trade service setting is set to Interactive Broker and every day my 3 systems are directly connected to my funded Interactive Brokers' trading account using their IB Gateway app so I would be surprised if it is related to the live trading account existence confirmation. I can't really figure out what is the source of the problem and I would like your help. Thank you. |
