You did not re-activate the Exchange itself. We went ahead and activated it for you now. So you should be receiving Real-Time data now. If you are not, then exit Sierra Chart and start Sierra Chart again.

With respect to Post #7:

The Market Depth Historical Graph is only available if you are on Package 5 of Sierra Chart. You are on Package 3. You will find the information on the differences between the packages here:
