This is in regards to the Limited to one connection message. Also, zombiekray do not post in this thread again. There are two possibilities here. You have currently two simultaneous connections to the Denali Exchange Data Feed and trying to connect a third or more time. This is not allowed by the exchange. Every instance of Sierra Chart that is using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, is going to be a separate connection. Unless it is a sub instance started with "File >> New Instance". To disable use of the data feed in a particular instance uncheck "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds". Based on the Message Log the above is the issue in your case. The other possibility but less likely is that there was a lost connection to the data feed without a proper logoff due to a network connectivity problem and there are two active connections to the data feed at that time with one of them being lost, and when Sierra Chart reconnects to the data feed it cannot for about 60 seconds until there is a timeout of the connection on the server side. There is no solution to this last case. The CME imposes these restrictions. So you only have a complaint at this point in time with the CME. Everything is working properly on the Sierra Chart side. There are no problems at all. If it is up to us, there will not be any restrictions. And we also want to point out, no one else is having an issue.
