I've talked to AMP 4 times already and they say the exact same thing as your saying it's the others etc... I have no clue . I'll just keep playing this pinball game and I'm the ball. This all started at around 8:30am and its almost 11am. Everybody keeps pointing fingers at the other. Can someone that's smarter than the other(Sierra/Smart One) reach out and communicate with less knowledgeable(AMP/Not so much) and enlighten them? When I first started using Sierra Order Routing I had to go through this. Luckily someone on your end reached out to AMP and enlightened them. Thanks Sierra
