I finally figured out Sierra turned off my data feed without sending me an alert or message of any kind, apparently I had a 52 cent balance due which could not be cleared until I paid $61 in two different payments. I got to go around in circles for half an hour trying to navigate the payment/activation aspect. Thanks for the help
