I do have a connection problem during a trade. After I could connect again my trade was not any more visible on the chart but it was still open in the statement (Trade Activity Log / Trades). I called my broker who told me that I do not have any open trade on my Rythmic Account. After the phone call I traded again and same thing... still have 1 open position in the statement (Trade Activity Log) and nothing on the chart. I called again my broker... no open position on my account. Could you tell me that to do when it's happen? Thank in advance for your help Ronald |
