Hello Support, I am attempting to set up the Sierra data feed with my Ameritrade service but I am not receiving the data. One situation I noticed is that the system seems to be asking for more credit. At this time, I only plan to use one platform for the data, why do I need to pay an additional 20.23 ? Please advise.
