In regards to post #1, this is now resolved. In regards to: DTC Client socket (1) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. | 2019-10-27 21:16:19.231 We would not be concerned about that unless you see it often. Either this is the result of an update we did on the server or some network connectivity issue elsewhere outside of our server.
