Cell J41 is the chart time, and you could reference it from any cell. If you are using live data, this will the current time in the time zone set in Data/Trade Service Settings. If you are doing a chart replay, it will be the replayed time. You could also use the NOW() function in a cell, but note that it is your computer's time, and is only updated when the chart updates, or the bid/ask changes.
