When you set up under the platform setup in the client login section, you will see the option to select transaction based, or monthly fee based version. You will see the 50 cent amount there if you select the transaction version. It does not show correctly in the calculator. Yes, it will add 50 cents to the dow transaction. I just checked and could not find the 50 cent fee under the platform setup either ! sorry, you should contact amp, maybe they have dropped the fee or something.
