After all you have helped me with I still had some 30 minute charts that didn't load correctly. Some did. I brought the sierra platform up and let it load and then I I deleted and downloaded again. For instance the JPM pivot on the 30 minute chart matches my other co traders, DAL HPQ and HD and some others didn't. It takes about 45 minutes for me to bring up the charts, reload them and then reload the 30 minute charts. Could there still be something that is causing this difficulty that you might think of? Am I the only one that seems to be having this problem. Thanks, Carol
