I placed a limit order for 2 lots via the Sierra Chart DOM. Price came down and the order stayed open for a minute and then disappeared without filling. I looked in the Trade activity log and it said that the order time out (screenshot attached). My internet is reasonable speed for Australia and I haven't had trouble when I had Sierra directly through Transact. I have checked that my details and logins are correct and they are.
