If File >> Connect to Data Feed is grayed out, then this means you are connected. You could use Delete and Download Data-All Charts, but you increase the chance of getting a "pacing violation" from Interactive Brokers. As long as there is enough delay between historical data requests and IB provides the data, you should not have to re-download the data each morning.
