In study the help topic 7.1 retrying the download When I go to file connect to data feed is grayed out so I assume that means I am connected to the data feed Since all of my 30 minute charts only had 2 candles when I opened Sierra would you recommend that I use the Delete&Download Data--All Charts? Is this something I should do each morning after I open my charts? This would be about 6:30 am mst. Would this affect ALL the charts on my trading page? Even the daily charts? If this is the best solution it would be easier for me that just doing one chart at a time. I'v read the help topic #7 and find it helpful. Thanks for responding to my questions. Carol
