This takes time to go through the log properly. This is what we see:

At this point there is a successful connection to BitMex:
BitMEX Trading Direct | Connected to data and trading server. | 2019-09-05 16:03:46.691

And at this point a few seconds later BitMex is closing the connection:

So you need to ask BitMex why that is happening. Of course this is just one example out of many in the log provided. In our experience it might help to generate a new API key and secret and enter those in Sierra Chart:
