Support, Did Transact confirmed and assured that they in fact committed to resolving this problem with Web Socket, eventually releasing working as well as stable solution? The reason I am razing this question is because it has been over 3 months and they seem to be no closer to the finish line than they were before. Transact keeps pushing back on facts every time someone inquires on the status of the issue and not even offering an approximate timeline.
